Zizzona di Battipaglia (a registered trademark of Caseificio La Fattoria) is a traditional cheese popularized throughout Italy by the film "Benvenuti al Sud" (Welcome to the South). Its name comes from its characteristic shape, which resembles a female breast.

Ingredients: buffalo milk, rennet, salt.

Braided buffalo milk mozzarella (treccia) is made by braiding mozzarella paste, a process that requires the cheesemaker's experience and expertise.
