Online payments

You can pay conveniently online using:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Postepay, Mastercard, American Express, Carta Aura, Discover)

  • PayPal

  • Klarna

Offline payments

  • Advance bank transfer: Shipping takes place after crediting our account (it may take a few days).

Payments via PayPal

If you pay with PayPal, the amount will be debited at the time of the transaction.
In case of cancellation of the order, the amount will be credited back to the customer's PayPal account. The crediting times depend exclusively on PayPal and the banking system. CasaBufala is not responsible for any delays.

Even for payments with PayPal, additional information may be required to verify account ownership.

Payments via Klarna

Payment methods:

  • Pay in 3 installments - Allows you to divide the payment into 3 interest-free monthly installments:

    • The first installment is charged at the time of purchase

    • The other two installments are automatically charged every 30 days

  • Pay in 30 days - Allows you to receive the product sooner and pay after 30 days:

    • There are no interest or additional costs

    • You receive an email notification when the payment deadline approaches

  • Immediate payment - Allows you to pay the entire amount immediately:

    • You can use credit/debit card

    • Direct bank transfer

To use Klarna you need:

  • Be of age

  • Have residence in the country where the purchase is made

  • Pass a quick credit check


Payments via bank transfer

By bank transfer:

  • Proof of payment must be sent via email within 4 working days of ordering.

  • The amount must be credited within 8 working days; otherwise, the order will be cancelled.

  • The bank details will be provided upon confirmation of the order.

The reason for the transfer must include:

  1. Order reference number.

  2. Order date.

  3. Name and surname of the owner

Order cancellation

The order can be canceled both by the customer and by CasaBufala (minimum order of €30). In both cases, CasaBufala cancels the transaction, but the release times of the amount depend exclusively on the banking system (up to 24 days).

CasaBuffala is not responsible for delays in releasing the amount. Furthermore, it may request additional information to verify ownership of the card or other payment methods. Otherwise, we reserve the right not to accept the order.

Right of withdrawal

The customer can withdraw from the purchase without penalty within 10 days of receiving the goods, by sending a registered letter with return receipt to:
Mio Sud sas – SP312 N141 – 84025 Eboli (SA).

The communication must include:

  1. List of products for which withdrawal is exercised.

  2. Order number.

  3. Customer identification data (name, address, telephone, email).

  4. Bank details (IBAN) for the refund.

Returning the goods

After authorization for withdrawal, the goods must be returned within 10 working days, at the customer's expense. The packaging must be intact, complete and including seals and original documentation.

If the returned product is damaged, CasaBufala will notify the customer of the problem, who can take action against the courier chosen for the shipment.

Refund

CasaBuffala will reimburse the customer within 30 days of receiving the goods, via bank transfer. The refund will exclusively concern the value of the goods, excluding shipping costs.

Violation of the withdrawal rules

If you do not respect the conditions, CasaBufala will return the products to the customer, charging the shipping costs.
