Grangusto's semi-dried red datterini tomatoes in oil are a true delicacy of Italian cuisine, striking the perfect balance between the sweetness of the cherry tomatoes and the character of the spices, creating an intense and distinctive flavor.

Ingredients: Red datterini tomatoes (of Italian origin from integrated production), sunflower oil, salt, garlic, chili pepper, blend of aromatic herbs.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the Salerno Hills is an outstanding product from Campania, produced at an altitude of between 100 and 200 meters above sea level. Obtained from a blend of olives - Rotondella (60%), Carpellese (30%), and Frantoio (10%) - it is harvested by hand and with mechanical aids to ensure the highest quality olives.

The processing involves the use of a disc crusher and a three-phase extraction system that conserves water, in order to protect the environment.
