Made with Buffalo Butter and artisanal methods, this specialty originates from a long natural leavening process exceeding 36 hours. During this time, the dough slowly develops delicate aromas, aromatic nuances, and the right note of acidity typical of yeast.

Produced in Montella, in the province of Avellino.
