Homemade Lagane and Controne Beans Recipe

Preparation for 5 people

– Take 250gr of Controne Beans and soak them for 12 hours

– Change the water for the beans and cook them for 1 hour

– Take a pan and sauté garlic, chili pepper and pancetta cut into cubes

– Add the boiled beans and let them flavor for a few minutes

– Cook the lagane and when it is al dente, drain and sauté in the pan with the beans, adding a little cooking water

– Add the chili powder and serve
