Classic buffalo mozzarella is a typical product of Campania: a fresh, soft, uncooked, stretched-curd cheese, characterised by overlapping layers and a thin rind.
Each mozzarella weighs 250g.

The cutting of the curd is done exclusively by hand, not by machine.
