Zizzona di Battipaglia (registered trademark of Caseificio La Fattoria) is a typical cheese launched by the film "Benvenuti al Sud" and has become popular throughout Italy. Its name comes from its characteristic shape, which resembles that of a female breast.

Ingredients: buffalo milk, rennet, salt.
