  • For breakfast: fat-free plain yogurt, a slice of wholemeal bread/dry biscuits and 1-2 tablespoons of sugar-free jam, a cup of semi-skimmed milk, cereal flakes and 3 tablespoons of honey.
  • The two snacks, mid-morning and mid-afternoon, should be based on grapefruit or orange juice or sugar-free pineapple juice. Alternatively, you can opt for 200 grams of pineapple, berries, kiwi or pear, or a pot of low-fat yogurt.
  • For lunch, the mozzarella diet includes a caprese salad with 70 grams of buffalo mozzarella and a ripe tomato, seasoned with a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano, or skewers with 80 grams of ciliegine mozzarella and tomato as desired, bread and two slices of melon. You can also prepare a large salad with ciliegine mozzarella, natural tuna, a hard-boiled egg, corn, carrots, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes and radicchio.
  • Finally, for dinner you can choose between: grilled chicken or turkey breast, veal fillet with green beans or boiled spinach, beef steak or bresaola with parmesan flakes. The seasoning can be based on lemon juice, spices, aromatic herbs and vinegar.
