Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the Salerno Hills is an outstanding product from Campania, produced at an altitude of between 100 and 200 meters above sea level. Obtained from a blend of olives - Rotondella (60%), Carpellese (30%), and Frantoio (10%) - it is harvested by hand and with mechanical aids to ensure the highest quality olives.

The processing involves the use of a disc crusher and a three-phase extraction system that conserves water, in order to protect the environment.
